Our Return Policy

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Items must be in original, unused condition with all packaging and tags intact.

Eligibility

Most items are eligible for return, except for custom or personalized products, intimate hygiene items, and products that have been used or damaged.

  • • Intimate hygiene products cannot be returned for health and safety reasons

How to Start a Return

Package Your Item

Carefully package the item in its original packaging. Include the return authorization number and a copy of your invoice. Seal the package securely.

Ship the package to our returns center. Use a trackable shipping method and keep your tracking number. We recommend using insured shipping for valuable items.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation with refund details.
